Ballygarry House Hotel in Kerry has just completed the development of “The Pavilion” – an exciting new addition to their business.
The Owner Padraig McGillicuddy and his Management team approached us to design and manufacture a commercial BBQ to compliment the new extension and its surroundings.
Allbrite Engineering designed a Stainless Steel 5’ ( 1500 mm ) long gas BBQ, capable of producing food for over 200 people per hour complete with a 5’ (1500 mm) cold counter display where the salads and sauces are chilled in an insulated well with a Chopping board where chefs can prepare your meal. All quality Stainless Steel construction for outdoor use, with sneeze screen and tray rails, storage underneath.

Restoring a 1974 beetle to its former glory by bring it back to its bare metal state.
Outside finished with 5 coats of PERMALAC, plus 5 coats of clear lacquer
Stainless Steel Burger Chutes

Hello Everyone,
I recently told you, I would show you some pictures of our products from the Aviva Stadium.
Shown above, is custom made 3 Tier Burger Chute.
Each level uses ambient light and is thermostatic controlled, with ceramic heating plates projecting the heat on the food.
There are slots on the chutes, so that the dividing bars can moved to accommodate larger items such as rolls.
We made over 80 of this type ranging from 400 mm to 1500 mm long from Single phase to 3 Phase. All CE marked.

Stainless Steel Kitchens @ The Aviva

Allbrite Engineering were proud to start the catering contract in July 2009, which lasted one year, With a workforce of 11 men and 1 woman, we made everything required such as Tables, Sinks, Shelves, Burger Chutes, Chip Dumps and lots of Bars.
In order to produce the equipment more efficiently, every piece of equipment was Auto Cad drawn and pre-programmed in to our state of art CNC machines from our Office, with an average of two truck containers of equipment being delivered a week.
Over the next couple of months, I shall post pictures of the Equipment we made, showing our Capabilities in all aspects of Stainless Steel Fabrication.
Stainless Steel Fish & Meat Display’s

Fish & Meat Counters are used to display your product’s for your customers to see what they are buying, yet the display counter is refrigerated (approx -10 Degrees), to keep your products fresher for longer.
The Display is attractive looking with built in lighting and well built to last, with built in drains for easy cleaning.

Stainless Steel Bollards in Killarney, Kerry

The Department of Tourism Culture and Sport in Killarney approached us at Allbrite Engineering to install parking restricting barriers, that are attractive and easy to maintain. We manufactured stylish stainless steel bollards which compliment the architecture and are very functional.
