Ballygarry House Hotel in Kerry has just completed the development of “The Pavilion” – an exciting new addition to their business.

The Owner Padraig McGillicuddy and his Management team approached us to design and manufacture a commercial BBQ to compliment the new extension and its surroundings.

Allbrite Engineering designed a Stainless Steel 5’ ( 1500 mm ) long gas BBQ, capable of producing food for over 200 people per hour complete with a 5’ (1500 mm) cold counter display where the salads and sauces are chilled in an insulated well with a Chopping board where chefs can prepare your meal. All quality Stainless Steel construction for outdoor use, with sneeze screen and tray rails, storage underneath.
